Job Description Summary

As a Channel Excellence Lead for India and South Asia, you will lead a team in charge of Channel Partner Lifecycle Management and Channel Partner Payment Monitoring & Management. You will also lead regional efforts for Digital Projects and Implementation for the channel partner ecosystem.

You will act as the compliance advocate for GE healthcare standards and processes and ensure channel excellence with utmost regard for compliant behavior.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead Channel Partner Onboarding /Offboarding /Renewals /Amendments

  • Internal and External Stakeholder Management (Work, co-ordination and collaborate with cross functional teams and global stakeholders)

  • Policy Advocacy and Process Governance

  • Partner Evaluation Board and Internal Review Board Ownership

  • Work closely with Sales/Modality Teams to support Channel Partner Onboarding (Short & Long) with strict adherence to ITP Policy, compliance checks and approvals.

  • SOP: Clear Understanding of process and end goals to support policy formation, revision, and SOP creation.

  • Support Channel Partner product, compliance, sales trainings, and course completions.

  • Channel Partner Contact Activation and Single Sign on Linking (SSO, Oneidm, Email Linking and SC activation)

  • Channel Partner Payments Management

  • Monthly Pay-out Cycle management and ensure partner payments as per agreed payment terms.

  • Ensure Internal Team Audit to review partner payments to avoid manual error during commission tabulation.

  • Lead Global, Stat and External Audit for Channels Team.

  • Maintenance of tools involved in onboardings / Payouts.

  • SFDC / CLM

  • Support Central

  • Agora

  • Field Glass

  • One IDM

  • Handle Ad-hoc request from cross functional and global teams with respect to channel partners.

  • Continuous process improvement and tools simplification

  • Lead Digital project’s implementation for channel partners in the region.

  • Work closely with CXO level audience, Compliance, Legal, L&D, Commercial Excellence , Digital, Sourcing , Regulatory, Finance , Modality and Marketing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Preferably experience in channel management a plus.

  • Understanding of distribution workings and governance.

  • Strong team player, interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Highly motivated, results driven, energetic and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.

  • Strong knowledge & experience of partner life cycle management.

  • Good Excel, Power point skillset.
