We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President to work with Senior managers & HR leads to define goals for the various people initiatives within recruiting, engagement, and development areas which includes recruiting improvements, engagement, career development initiatives, Innovation support, Recognition programs, Team meetings, mobility, mentorship, career programs.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position within HR Shared Services & Solutions (India) Team.

What you’ll do in the role:

People Initiative Strategy

  • Define goals and a plan for each initiative.
  • Execution and Project/Program Management
  • Work with stakeholders to execute on the plan for each initiative.
  • Management of several initiatives across the function for Recruiting, Retention, People Development.
  • The role will involve significant coordination across departments, and cross locations including running meetings with senior management, and present status as well as agree on follow ups.

Reporting

  • Review data, be able to structure it in a meaningful way.
  • Summarize the analysis, approach, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Create collateral / presentation for Functional updates to senior mgmt.

Process Improvements

  • Identify processes which need improvement due to duplicate effect, consumption of more time, inaccuracy, lack of organized protocol, significant risk etc.
  • Indicate gaps where improvement is possible and provide recommendations. Work with the required teams to execute on the recommendation.

Execution and Project/Program Management

  • Work with stakeholders to execute on the plan for local / regional/ global initiative.
  • Run meetings with senior management, and present status as well as agree on follow ups.
  • Reporting and reviewing data to be able to structure it in a meaningful way.
  • Summarize the analysis, approach, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Process Improvements.
  • Integrity, collaboration and proactiveness .
  • Indicate gaps where improvement is possible and provide recommendations.
  • Work with the required teams to execute on the recommendations.
  • Financial planning and analysis.

Employee Relations, People and Culture

  • Develop and maintain a positive relation by addressing employee concerns and grievances timely.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive of environment the aligns with the firm’s goals & values.
  • Work with Senior Tech managers & HR leads to define goals for the various people initiatives within recruiting, engagement, and development areas.
  • Skilled people leader with experience in inspiring, motivating, and engaging teams during transformational projects.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
  • Strong understanding of RPA, AI, and automation technologies with hands on experience and implementing these solutions.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership to build business cases and gain approvals on proposals and recommendations.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, cross-regional, and highly collaborative environment.
  • Ability to be a thought partner to challenge, drive change and build adoption of the HR Solutions Service Delivery.
  • Experience managing and developing a multi-functional, high-performance team.
  • Exceptional leadership probabilities with a knack of managing and developing high performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to lead teams and business functions.
  • Ability to represent divisional stance to senior management and global stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong networks and partners across the organization.
  • Influence and advocate innovative ideas and their adoption at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Project management skills.
