Description
Amazon. In’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is seeking Superstar Investigation specialist to drive investigation of key processes and defects, along with driving data analysis, and supporting both our Merchant and Customer experience. FBA is a highly visible and strategic program within Amazon. The position is based in Bangalore.
Key job responsibilities
· Lead investigation and root cause resolution for high impact FBA Merchant and Customer Issues, and key programs
· Analyze huge data sets to arrive at specific problem statements around seller experience/program related issues.
· Create and implement SOPs for execution on weekly basis to solve for critical seller experience problems. Work to submit product ideas to drive SOPs at scale
· Report metrics related to the program and draw insights on key patterns/ problems.

· Create and implement SOPs for execution on weekly basis to solve for critical seller experience problems. Work to submit product ideas to drive SOPs at scale
· Report metrics related to the program and draw insights on key patterns/ problems.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
1+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SQL
MBA
