If you are an Industrial automation Professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity role for you! This Engineer Proposal has to Prepares the proposal & Estimation for PLC/SCADA/DCS Based Automation Project, to solution sales & service sales function.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To ensure that the proposal in full compliance to techno-commercial requirements, all assumptions are clearly spelt out; Risks and contingencies are properly evaluated and documented.

• To have a clear process of acceptance of enquiry from sales for tendering and agree upon the Profitability and risks of the project, customer deliverables and the project schedule. To review the same and update the status

• To improve the profitability of project by Innovative solution development and being competitive in collaboration with other persons and solution architects.

• Timely submission of the offer in full compliance to tendering and approval process.

• Responsible for proposing clear T&Cs and payment terms to have timely collection of payments against defined milestones.

• Take ownership and responsibility to submit tendering reports, updating of database on routine basis.

• Innovative solution development and being competitive in collaboration with other stakeholder and solution architects.

• Observe safe and professional work practices of the team as compliance requirement of company.

Who You Are:

Understand the automation aspect of various verticals like Power, Water, Metal, Oil and Gas Industries and possess expertise in Automation based on PLC, SCADA, VVFD, Motion Control.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• More than 7 years working related experiences, at least 3-5 years of in relevant Automation / SCADA / PLC / DCS / VFD, Project Sales/Implementation/Tendering.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation.
