Oracle Digital Content Specialist 2 in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

Academic Qualification: B.Sc in Computer Science / B.E. in Computer Science / BCA / Equivalent

  • Basic IT aptitude to be able to understand Oracle Products and how they are organized

  • 3+ years of experience in the IT Education Industry

  • Experience in Quality Check of Digital Training Content and working on Learning Management Systems preferred

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (the candidate needs to liaise with multiple internal teams)

  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills, a keen eye for detail is essential

  • Candidate should be in Bangalore / willing to re-locate to Bangalore and travel to office for work

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance and Setup of Oracle University's Digital Training on Cloud Navigator Platform.

Responsibilities included:

  1. Understand the Cloud Navigator Project thoroughly - the business requirement, the scope, the customer experience

  2. Understand the components involved in this training

  3. Understand Oracle University's existing training portal end-to-end

  4. Work with the Project Manager closely to understand the delivery deadlines and comply with the dates

  5. Quality Check every training video for Cloud Navigator with an eye for detail

  6. Work with internal teams for fixing any issues

  7. Setup the back end for the training that the customer will consume on Oracle University's learning portal and Cloud Navigator portal

  8. Verify the training content from the customer facing UI

  9. Come up with suggestions on how Quality Check can be more stringent

  10. Work on any feedback that we may receive from the project stakeholders
