About the role:

As a configuration Lead will be responsible for supporting the customers on issues related to configuration of sensors, meters, controllers and managing their connectivity to IOT platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initial Setup for IOT Remote Configuration & Communication

• Analyze the device Configuration for correctness & update.

• Schedule, Holiday, Operational logic Implementation & Update.

• Remote Technical troubleshooting Support for Field Engineer

• Ability to diagnose and analyze technical problem s.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Passion for Technology & customer support

• Demonstrable ability to work in fast-paced, technical, cross functional environment.

• Cross-Team collaboration

• Team Oriented. Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly.

• Knowledge of Energy, Power System.

• Basics of HVAC

Experience: 6 to 10 years

Education: Any Engineering Degree
