Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Computer Vision Engineer to join our KinetiX Machine Vision Algorithms team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer vision, deep learning, and MLOps, with the ability to develop and deploy production-grade AI systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing workflows for model training and large scale data management.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring of models.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating model training, evaluation, and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.

• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track model performance, data drift, and system health.

• Manage model versioning, artifact storage, and reproducibility of experiments using tools like MLflow or Kubeflow.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in MLOps tools, technologies, and best practices.

• Design, develop, and implement computer vision algorithms and deep learning models for object detection, segmentation and classification.

• Contribute to the improvement of our large scale computer vision data management platform – data lake.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Python, MLOps and Computer Vision

• Strong understanding of a cloud AWS/GCP/Azure

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++ and Matlab

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, TFX, etc.

• Experience in workflow management platform for data engineering pipelines is a good to have.

• Strong understanding with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of vector databases, search and retrieval, document databases is a good to have.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
