About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate.
The role requires a strong demonstration on technical, functional, and job-specific knowledge required. Accurately process high volumes of work, within established deadlines. Examines and delivers as per the required quality, following the laid down procedures and under guidance. Constructively challenge the usual approach to doing things, and find new and better ways to do the job
In this role, you will:
Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
The Associate will support CIB lines of business in Reporting, Data mining and Analysis
This position requires an understanding of Access Management program
Perform a continuous organizational evaluation of end users of high-risk applications to detect access anomalies.
Utilizing rules to detect anomalies, log all potential triggered exceptions in a central tracking sheet.
Build a high-performing reporting capability serving the Lines of business (LOB)
Oversight of access processes outside IAM scope
SharePoint and Shared Drive- provide oversight of access processes as well as monitoring of any MNPI stored in sites
LOB specific reporting, including root cause analysis
Build strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company
Proactively identify, communicate, mitigate and escalate risk originating from non-compliance of processes, operational errors, and data integrity issues in all applicable processes
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
University degree in Business or related discipline
6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following
Access Management domain experience
Strong Reporting and Analytics
Project / Transition Management
Knowledge and a broad background in Corporate Investment & Commercial Banking
Good understanding of Operational Risk and Process Risk and Controls
Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
Knowledge on SQL, Tableau & Excel Power Query
