Oracle Business Analyst 2-Ops in BENGALURU, India

Job Description

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Career Level - IC2

Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

  • Provide deal structure to Renewal Lead/Field Sales/Inside Sales Team Members to accommodate customer renewal requirement including complex and Mid-term change seniors.

  • SPOC and COE for any backend processes related to SaaS renewal.

  • Act as a catalyst, driving all internal processes including Finance, Deal Management, Legal, Order Management, Collections to ensure timely renewal of the instance.

  • Collect, verify, correct, and analyze input received to measure compliance with internal processes/policies related to renewal of instance.

  • Provide updates to management regarding renewal status, inform them of deviations and opportunities.

  • Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the Field Sales Team, Renewal Lead or any other stake holder and monitor process and approvals for full compliance.

  • Drive the renewal lifecycle from opportunity until renewal of instance.

  • Reporting, other special tasks and/or projects.

Skills/Experience:

  • Work involves problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures.

  • Attention to detail, ability to collect, organize, and drive conversation will be critical.

  • Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal, Partners, stake holders.

  • Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.

  • Preferred - 1 - 2 years of experience in managing SaaS/Cloud subscription renewals.

  • Mandatory requirement:

  • Proactive mindset. Ability to foresee an issue and be ready to mitigate / avoid it.

  • Work with minimal guidance/instructions
