The ANALYST II, SERVICE is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining existing service software systems and processes. You will be adopting and adapting existing systems to meet changing corporate strategic and departmental demands. Automating existing service and service adjacent processes utilizing existing or new technologies. Leading software implementation projects supporting service or service-adjacent business processes. Provide and maintain reports needed for critical management and day-to-day service operations. Provide administrative support for data refresh in required systems.

This position is part of the Global Service Systems (GSS) Team and will be located in Brazil.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Provide case management support for current active service systems.

• Provide administrative support for data refresh in required systems.

• Lead service or service adjacent software implementation/enhancement projects.

• Provide reports needed for critical management and day-to-day Service operations to include product quality reporting, departmental performance reporting and other as deemed necessary by Service management.

• Develop, implement, Service software systems and processes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• BS or BA degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (may substitute relevant experience) or willingness to pursue coursework.

• A minimum of three-year successful experience in a service/customer service system support environment.

• Basic Salesforce.com administrator certified or equivalent experience

• Business software and process flow experience

• Fluent speaking English, Hindi, or Mandarin Chines

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• ServiceMax Certified Administrator I or equivalent experience

• Oracle experience

• Exposure to business lean tools / Change management experience
