What you’ll achieve

As an Accounting Advisor , you will be responsible for general accounting & preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation statements. You will coordinate with the internal and statutory auditors and work closely with the direct tax team. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects to improve processes and controls.

You Will :

  • Be a part of projects initiated by business like PLI, MII, BTS, SBRT etc.

  • Lead certain critical audit areas such revenue, cogs, inventory, warranty provision and ESOP accounting

  • Lead the Internal Audit & ICFR as per local requirements

  • Be a part of teams for accounting & finance initiatives

  • Work with business and other stakeholders to set up new process in compliance with UGAAP, local GAAP & regulatory requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience in statutory audit/ Finance / FP&A

  • Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of statutory reporting requirements

  • Knowledge of Ind-AS and US GAAP

  • Conceptual understanding of financial statements and requirements

  • Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to partner with cross functional teams

Desirable Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

  • Team player with drive for results through collaboration
