A day in the life of a Capital One Accounts and Tax Manager
Responsibilities:
● Manage accounting/budgeting function in the company including recurring statutory compliances.
● Facilitate timely completion of statutory and tax audits of the company.
● Coordinate the direct and indirect tax assessments with various statutory departments.
● Ideate, conceptualize and implement projects for process improvements.
● End to end handling of advanced projects like Advance Pricing Agreement, ESOP implementation, Digitisation of accounting processes etc.
● Partner with global stakeholders on enterprise driven projects/ initiatives with also implementation at a local India entity level
Basic Qualifications:
● Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst
● 10 plus years of post-qualification experience
● Experience in the big 4 audit firms an added advantage
● Ability to work in Tally, MS-Suite and G-Suite
● Excellent communication- verbal and written
