Job Title: Warehouse & Delivery Manager

Job Description

Join our passionate team and oversee our warehouse operations while creating exceptional customer experiences. As the Warehouse & Delivery Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations including inventory management, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers receive world-class service, from their initial interaction to the seamless delivery of their prized rugs. Beyond warehouse management, this role offers a clear pathway for you to transition into customer-facing roles and lead our expanding delivery and fulfillment programs. Collaborating closely with our sales team, you'll enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our service offerings. Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1 Month(s). After 1 month you would then have the opportunity to go direct with the company.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bend, Oregon.

Work Environment

Small, tidy, family-owned position - requires about 10% of driving until growth objectives met. 32.5 hour weeks as of now with ability to be full-time down the road.
