Minimum Qualifications Three years of experience in the operation, maintenance, or repair of facilities in one or more physical plant or building services and one additional year of experience with responsibility for coordination of maintenance work or projects. NOTE: Some positions may require licensing or certification in a specific trade area. Additional Required Qualifications Familiarity with power and hand tools, equipment listed in the position duties and the ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals, and written guidelines.
