Minimum Qualifications Three years of experience in the operation, maintenance, or repair of facilities in one or more physical plant or building services and one additional year of experience with responsibility for coordination of maintenance work or projects. NOTE: Some positions may require licensing or certification in a specific trade area. Additional Required Qualifications Familiarity with power and hand tools, equipment listed in the position duties and the ability to read and interpret instructions, manuals, and written guidelines. Position Duties Coordinate and assist in the maintenance and repair of building systems (45%): Coordinate and oversee the work of groundskeepers in the maintenance and upkeep of property grounds (40%): Organize and track inventory, maintain clean shop spaces (10%): Other duties as assigned (5%): See posting for complete list of duties and qualifications.
