Our Ideal Candidate Must:
Have a positive attitude and be customer service friendly
Have previous experience with sales (automotive preferred)
Be able to navigate technology with ease
Be passionate about the Honda brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Multi-Tasker and ability to work independently
Professional in appearance and communications
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests & incoming e-mail.
Record contacts in Lead Management System.
Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant.
Make contact with assigned leads.
