Part-time Administrative Support

Location: Bemidji, Minnesota

North Country is in search of a Part-time Administrative Support Associate! This opportunity will assist in various areas within our Administrative and Finance Departments with a range of tasks and projects. Hours will be approximately 20-40 hours per week (with flexible hours!)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This position is responsible for assisting in various areas of administration and finance. As well as ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate processing of information that includes data entry, maintaining organized records, and providing backup in all administrative areas. An essential element of this position is to provide excellent internal and external customer service and satisfaction.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Excellent Customer Service skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

  • Can work independently and with a team. 

  • Prior experience providing administrative support

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
