ASRC Broadleaf is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst for their team in Beltsville, MD. The Business Systems Analyst will play a critical role in strategic and operational IT planning, ensuring integration with processes for IT investment selection, control, and evaluation. Responsibilities include supporting Enterprise Architecture Governance, facilitating alignment with CPIC/TBM procedures, and implementing Quality Assurance Programs.

The role requires expertise in gaining alignment with the Integrated IT Governance Framework (IITGF), Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA), and Technology Business Management (TBM) requirements. The Analyst will assist in defining, documenting, refining, and implementing policies and procedures to meet agency business, performance, quality, and security guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing subject matter expertise in formulating and delivering EA support services.

• Assessing the cost and benefits of proposed investments to select the optimal IT portfolio supporting the EA strategy.

• Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to document business capabilities, requirements, and obtain formal sign-offs.

• Developing conceptual solution architectures based on current EA and technology investments to ensure compliance with technical and data standards, cybersecurity guidelines, and leveraging strategic agency technology tools.

Requirements :

Position Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S. degree

• US Citizen

• Investigation run by customer

• 2 years Experience in business systems analysis or related field.
