Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Para Educator to join our Special Education team in Beloit. The ideal candidate will support students with special needs, ensuring they receive the best possible educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree; or pass a formal assessment test (ParaEducator Master Teacher).

• Eligibility for Wisconsin Special Education Program Aide Certification #883.

• Ability to lift/move 50 pounds where applicable.

• Basic information technology and media skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment (e.g., standing, bending, kneeling).
