Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham has partnered with a local financial firm in Bellingham to find an experienced Client Experience Manager to join their team! This is a long-term, part-time opportunity that offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay!

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Track and manage the progress of financial plans, ensuring timely completion of all steps
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documents and information
- Organize and prioritize tasks and projects to meet deadlines
- Develop systems and workflows to improve office efficiency
- Assist with client communications and scheduling
- Leverage technology to enhance task management and tracking
- Ensure confidentiality and security of client information
- Plan and oversee the content calendar
- Support event planning initiatives
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Experience:
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of investments, financial operations, insurance, trusts, or financial planning is a plus
- Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66 certifications are preferred but not required
