We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Bellingham, Massachusetts. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including the management of the general ledger, conducting bank reconciliations, and preparing financial statements. This role is crucial in the ongoing processes of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake the task of managing the general ledger

• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records

• Prepare and present financial statements as required

• Utilize Sage Timberline Software for various accounting tasks

• Perform month-end close procedures diligently and in a timely manner

• Make use of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Ensure accurate Journal Entries for record-keeping

Requirements

• Ability to handle Bank Reconciliations effectively.

• Expertise in managing the General Ledger.

• Experience in preparing Journal Entries is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.

• Familiarity with Month End Close processes.

• Experience with Sage Timberline Software is highly desirable.
