This Treasury Manager role reports to the Treasury Director and has responsibility of cash management for all company legal entities, management of the treasury workstation; managing Days Payable Outstanding(DPO)/working capital, and responsible for Sarbanes-Oxeley (SOX) controls. This is an individual contributor role. Responsibilities: Cash Forecasting and Analysis - Participate or lead in weekly and quarterly updates to short-term liquidity cash forecast. Perform and/or review analysis of forecast variances. Provide feedback and commentary to justify updates to the cash forecast. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Accounts Payable, business units) to ensure accurate and timely cash projections. Prepare updates to monthly strategic liquidity forecast and reconcile short-term cash forecast to FP&A's long-term cash forecast and free cash flow. Prepare these forecasts as backup to ensure three people are always fully trained to do the various cash forecasts. Morning Cash Position - Perform backup function to Sr. Treasury Analysts on daily cash position (DCP). Periodically perform management review of DCP as backup to another Treasury Manager. Reporting & Analytics - Prepare and present various cash management reports and KPIs as needed for management including cash forecasting, investment, and debt reporting. Provide analytical insights into cash flow trends, performance, cost saving opportunities or process improvements. Treasury Workstation - Participate in migration of existing treasury workstation. Perform maintenance and upgrades of Treasury workstation including testing business continuity plan at least once a year. Policies & Procedures - Ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal controls. Document procedures that include high-level procedures for senior management in the use of the treasury workstation and other software or web-based systems. Ensure other existing procedures are reviewed once a year for compliance. Process Improvement - Review constantly changing banking structure and make justifiable recommendations for improvements. Take an active role in researching and recommending process efficiencies and improvements. Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation tools, AI technologies and data analytics to streamline treasury operations. Team Support - Act as liaison between T-Mobile personnel and our banks. Provide support to cross-functional teams and conduct analysis as needed to support project objectives. Mergers and Acquisitions - Research and identify banking requirements related to M&A. This may include setting up new bank accounts and services and/or transitioning existing accounts over to T-Mobile. Education: Bachelor's Degree Business (Required) Work Experience: 7-10 years Treasury experience. (Required) Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS). (Required) Strong understanding of treasury functions such as cash management, liquidity forecasting, working capital optimization, and financial risk management, with hands-on experience in applying data-driven insights to enhance decision-making process. (Required) Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning, and advanced analytics to drive data transformation and automation within treasury operations (Preferred) Wireless communication industry or retail industry experience.(Preferred) Advanced Excel skills (Required) Experience with data
