Work Location: Bellevue, WA Degree Level: Undergraduate Requested Student Classification: Class of 2026 Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do business. As a Transformation Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in the design, development, and implementation of broad-ranging process modernization and transformation projects with a focus on reporting capabilities and rationalization (tools), data management, development of data models, and data cleansing and enrichment. What you will do As part of Finance Data & Reporting Center of Excellence (Finance CoE), you will collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of transformation initiatives across T-Mobile's Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions. Partner with program leadership and consultants to identify leading practice solutions around reporting, data models and governance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements (business use cases, data requirements, and gather potential system requirements). Conduct data cleansing and enrichment processes to support and maintain data dictionaries. Conduct SQL-based data exploration analysis in the Finance Databricks Lakehouse to support data quality, modeling, and reporting value streams. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in information science, data management, computer science, or related field. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills. Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data-related issues. Understanding of data management principles and practices, including data governance, data integration, data warehouse, and data quality assurance. Ability to work effectively in both autonomous and team environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with project stakeholders. -At least 18 years of age -Legally authorized to work in the United States -High School Diploma or GED -Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year -Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships
