What It's Like Our marketing team is passionate about delivering the best partner benefits for T-Mobile members and owns product strategy, marketing, execution and insights for our flagship programs and primary digital engagement app with ownership over Magenta Status, T-Mobile Tuesdays and T-Life. What You'll Do We are seeking a curious, motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship will focus on Magenta Status and T-Mobile Tuesdays customer insights, helping us to better understand our customers and improve our program offerings. The internship will also provide exposure to and involvement in projects across the broader team as time allows. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong analytical skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Past internship projects on our team have included studies on T-Mobile Tuesdays user retention, voice of the customer tool recommendations, competitive analyses and research to support new app user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to capture customer insights and identify trends. Analyze customer data to understand behavior, preferences, and needs. Assist in developing customer personas and segmentation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into product development and marketing strategies. Support the creation of marketing materials and campaigns based on customer insights. Monitor and report on the efficiency of marketing initiatives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve customer engagement. What It Takes Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Passion for understanding customer needs and improving customer experiences.
