Amazon's Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) Voice of Seller team seeks a Senior Manager, Product Management Technical with a technical skill set and a proven ability to influence across multiple organizations. Over the last 20 years, the share of physical gross merchandise sales sold on Amazon by third-party Sellers has grown. With Sellers in multiple countries listing their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace, these Sellers are increasingly critical to delivering on Amazon’s vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices.

This role will work directly with World Wide FBA Sellers, understand their supply chain, and aim to reduce end to end supply chain costs. This role will expose you to Seller pain points and ability to reshape their experience by influencing product vision and roadmap to implement step change product ideas globally. You will develop and report on business metrics that enable your program goals, work cross functionally with product, finance, engineering, and analytics stakeholders, and develop automation mechanisms to drive scalability.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Product / Program Managers in developing and executing on a high-impact, product strategy and roadmap for FBA Inventory Optimization Services

  • Launch high impact products and services that enhance nd drive business success with FBA Sellers

  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among Seller experience, technical and operational lift, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams

  • Collaborate with FBA Sellers directly and understand their pain points and their supply chain

  • Resolve Seller pain points through product solutions and make strategic recommendations to reduce end to end supply chain costs for FBA Sellers

  • Be the voice of the Seller to drive strategic product vision and roadmap to improve seller experience and satisfaction with the FBA program

  • Drive alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners

  • Partner closely with other program/product leaders, Seller facing teams, and tech leadership to deliver on your roadmap

  • Hire and develop a high performing team of Product Managers, raising the bar with each hire and mentoring your team to attain their business and career goals

  • Design the right team structure and mechanisms to meet long-term business goals

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • 8+ years of team management experience

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • 6+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
