That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! Job Overview The Sr. Project Manager of Cybersecurity Risk Remediation delivers on security programs and projects at T-Mobile USA. The Sr. Project Manager role develops strategy and drives execution of remediation projects. The Cybersecurity Risk and Remediation team's primary objective is analyzing, strategizing, defining plans, prioritizing risks, and delivering efforts reducing risk to T-Mobile. The individual in this role will work closely with the various teams across the enterprise to include Incident Response, Application, Network, Frontline, and others to identify security gaps and complete delivery. The role is responsible for conducting analysis and identifying common themes as they relate to Cybersecurity Risk. Job Responsibilities Results Focus: Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities with the appropriate sense of urgency to deliver high quality results and ensure smooth operations. Develops strategy, roadmap, and requirements for enterprise information protection to align with technology, product, and overall business strategy Provide security guidance and evaluations based on policies and standard processes across the enterprise. Works to effectively resolve conflict between teams. A background in critical thinking: establishing goals, gaining input and alignment from partners, and measuring goal deliverables Evangelizes the importance of Cybersecurity across all departments. Demonstrates active listening skills. Exhibits concise verbal and written communications that is targeted and appropriate to the needs of the audience. Engages teams, partners, and customers appropriately to ensure full collaboration, cross-team interactional participation, and full transparency on all risks including high-priority issues. Develops relationships and influences with business partners to gain avenues for security research, remediation, and assessments to help strengthen the enterprise security position. Delivers meaningful feedback and provides support for development activities of team members. Ensures smooth flow of operations through planning, identification, and communication to assign responsibility to team members Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited 4-year college or university OR experience in lieu of degree Work Experience 4-7 years Industry experience as a program or product manager within a technology environment, with a progressive record of successful delivery of complex solutions, systems, or services. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years Cybersecurity experience 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills are essential.
