Amazon Sr. Program Manager, Workplace Health and Safety Wellness Services in Bellevue, Washington

We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) organization as a Program Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the WW WHS WorkingWell team, and will work closely with cross-functional senior leaders, their teams, and occasionally Directors. You will have a strong delivery record and leadership experience to own, influence, and execute WHS projects. You are able to define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements that are quantifiable and measurable, and influence resource allocation. You understand the significant business problems in your program space, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind leadership decisions. This Program Manager must be an effective communicator and provide clear, concise and consistent messages, both verbally and in writing, while also establishing relationships across the worldwide network to aid in operations implementations. This role will support the continued development of programs, focused on returning our associates back to work after receiving medical restrictions. This role will also support strategic development and support of the current onsite medical programs and their integration into multiple wellness-related programs.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive the continued growth of our programs by developing and building strategic initiatives and programs to support the organization. To work effectively in the role, the candidate is required to develop a deep understanding of the organization’s commitment to serving associates and the strategic business direction. The successful candidate is also one that has a track record of delivering success in high performing business organizations, and one who has program management experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
