T-Mobile's National Security Compliance Office is looking for an organized, detailed-oriented, proactive Program Manager to lead projects and activities to fulfill critical US Government commitments. This position involves driving the coordination and implementation of large or complex projects, processes, and programs to include overseeing the creation of training materials, policies, procedures, automation initiatives, reporting, and other program governance activities. The ideal candidate needs the ability to think analytically, work well with others, coordinate across various internal teams and with leadership, meet deadlines for key deliverables, and provide essential program management support. Candidates must be U.S. citizens given the nature of this role. What you'll do in your role. Formulate and oversee project timelines and agendas, initiate kick-off sessions and lead working meetings and other program-centric efforts, including providing status updates. Collaborate internally and with relevant business units, stakeholders, executives, legal counsel, and possibly third parties to create and sustain materials (such as training content, policy documents, and web content) and reporting associated with T-Mobile's national security compliance responsibilities. Identify and implement operational improvements and streamline processes to aid compliance operations, which may include tracking and reporting systems, training, documentation, and providing general support to the compliance team, utilizing technological solutions when possible. Proactively manage the team's efforts related to SharePoint, internal websites and other collaborative platforms and identify / lead automation enhancements. Acquire extensive knowledge of T-Mobile's obligations related to national security compliance and manage the life cycle of related operational and governance initiatives, ensuring timely completion.
