Amazon Sr Program Manager, DSP Payments in Bellevue, Washington

The Last Mile Delivery Service Partner Team, who supports Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the globe in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world, is seeking an organized and driven individual to support global standardization and centralization efforts.

As a Sr Program Manager, DSP Payments, you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and optimization across global payment processes. You will lead key initiatives that redefine how payments are managed, creating scalable solutions to improve DSP experience and operational outcomes. Key job responsibilities

  • Design and Optimize Global Payment Processes: Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline global payment programs, identifying and implementing opportunities for automation and process improvement.

  • Drive Efficiency and Innovation: Develop and execute strategies to optimize payment operations, reduce manual interventions, and enhance global scalability.

  • Collaborate with Global Stakeholders: Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, bridging cultural and organizational boundaries to align priorities and deliver results.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze payment data and metrics to measure performance, identify gaps, and ensure the successful delivery of program goals.

  • Relentless Execution: Own program goals, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive initiatives to completion, overcoming obstacles with creativity and resilience.

  • Fail Fast, Learn Fast: Embrace experimentation, learn from failures, and adapt quickly to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Champion the Customer: Ensure every decision and program outcome enhances the DSP and end-customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
