Responsibilities: Develops and implements sophisticated predictive models and analytics solutions to drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency Leads the extraction and analysis of data using advanced statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights Manages and mentors junior data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and advanced analytical thinking within the team Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align data-driven projects with enterprise goals and ensure the integration of analytical solutions into business processes Evaluates the effectiveness of data sources and data-gathering techniques and improves data collection methods Presents findings and translates complex data into actionable strategies for senior management and stakeholders Participates in other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 4+ years proven experience in predictive modeling, data science, and analysis in an ML engineer or data scientist role building and deploying ML models or hands on experience developing deep learning models 4+ years demonstrated ability with data scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) coupled with big data architecture and pipeline, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, etc. 4+ years articulating and translating business questions and using statistical techniques to arrive at an answer using available data, including data visualization. Mathematics Calculus, linear algebra, statistics, and probability Programming expertise in Python and SQL and ability working with relational database using SQL Expertise applying machine learning concepts and techniques related to supervised and unsupervised learning Strong communication skills, ability to work with multi-functional teams Education: Bachelor's Degree Quantitative Subject area (math, statistics, economics, computer science, physics, engineering, etc.) Master's/Advanced Degree Quantitative Discipline (math, statistics, economics, computer science, physics, engineering) (Preferred) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):No DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $106,000 - $191,100 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role.
