Software Developer, Unity Technologies SF, Bellevue, WA. Collaborate with Unity R&D across the globe on core engine improvements and requirements related to the advancement of Windows, Mac and Linux development. Work on performance optimizations to enable developers to ship the best games and experiences possible for desktop platforms. Enable Unity Editor use for new verticals outside of game industry. Contribute toward the build system, editor settings, editor windowing and the low-level libraries, including graphical lighting libraries the platform code.

40 hrs./week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $132,000 - $142,000/yr. Standard company benefits.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science or a related field plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Requires 1 year of experience with the following:

• C/C++ programming;
• C# programming;
• Desktop Operating System programming using Windows, Linux, macOS, and Stadia;
• Build/Compiler toolchain scripting; and
• Object-Oriented Software Design.

Employer will accept pre-Bachelor's degree experience.

Telecommuting permitted during office closures/other restricted staff presence as determined by the employer.
