ManpowerGroup shipping receiving clerk in Bellevue, Washington

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the Production Planning department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience with ERP systems, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Location: Bellevue, WA

What's the Job?

  • Picks and packs orders, including non-routine shipping requests from other departments. Ships domestic and international orders through small parcel and freight carriers using carrier software and/or website to create shipping documents.

  • Puts away materials in proper location system based on required temperature storage of goods. Moves product from one location to another physically and through ERP system. Identify potential Warehouse space optimization improvements.

  • Performs inventory transactions, identifies Non-Conforming Material, and completes cycle counts as needed. Responsible for entering the correct part numbers, lot numbers, expiration dates, locations, document numbers, and quantities into ERP system.

  • Updates to the Outbound Shipment tracking report in Teams, as needed.

  • Maintain Dangerous Goods certifications and process these shipments, as needed.

What's Needed?

  • HS or GED

  • 1 year experience in warehousing & logistics and experience with ERP systems. Ability to operate material handling equipment, including pallet jack and forklift.

  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Oracle, SAP or ERP equivalent. Basic math, computer, and Microsoft Office skills. Able to work within a team environment with good time-management skills. Flexibility to changing priorities and schedules. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
