  • HR Domain OR Enterprise Backoffice Systems experience is very helpful as these resources will understand how these systems help the business groups/customers and how the requirements are translated from one group to another.

  • Vendor management, stakeholder management, scheduling and communicating with your project management. This is a program, so there are many moving pieces/many projects going on at the same time. This will require some one to be able to work autonomously, however if they need support, they need to be proactive in order to not have issues bottleneck other, adjacent, work streams. Description:

One of our large telecommunications clients is experiencing growth across a number of programs in their HR Digital Portfolio. This role be working heavily to Scope, Integrate and Stand Up ServiceNow as their Enterprise Service Ticket Management System. It will touch the whole company, and everyone uses it to communicate and request work from all of our enterprise teams for operations support activities and tasks. Will work with a lead FTE BSA. Need to be very well versed in BSA functions, experience in Backoffice enterprise systems like ServiceNow. Will need to understand some of the complexities they'll deal with because there are many stakeholders involved, multiple teams, typical complex projects. They will also work with our systems integrator, who will help with the technical work. Engineering Ops experience would make sense.
