Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Senior Manager, Business Strategy for Walmart Imports Data and Forecasting is a leadership role within Walmart's Marketplace business responsible for leading and managing the data that shapes the strategic planning functions within Walmart Cross Border (WCB) Imports organization. This role involves engaging with leaders across Marketplace and Global Transportation to ensure that we have the right data and leverage it to make the right planning decisions . This includes both marquee metrics or OKRs that we use to set the north star for WCB Imports business as well as more granular metrics we use to manage the business adjust strategies to both delight Marketplace Sellers and drive results . The Senior Manager, Business Strateg y will have and use strong data skills to drive the future footprint of our business .

Day in the life :

• Use data to drive c ollaborat ive discussions with senior leadership to develop and refine the organization's strategic goals.

• Use data actuals to drive forecast and plan adjustments to ensure optimal operational efficiency and scale.

• Own key metrics and drive data-driven discussions in business review settings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for WCB Imports at both the organization level, and overall Marketplace level.

• Engage with Marketplace leadership on key topics resulting in well positioned and articulated presentations & white papers.

• Influence network topology based on desired business growth and outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for measuring business performance and success.

Preferred Qualifications...

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, finance, or related disciplines. An MBA is highly desirable.

• Extensive experience (5-7 years) in strategy and business consulting is highly desirable.

• Extensive experience in eCommerce and online Marketplaces is highly desirable. This includes experience both building in a high growth environment as well as successfully executing in a multi-billion dollar globally scaled enterprise.

• Strong data analytics skills, including SQL writing.

• Exceptional communication, written and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts on behalf of business partners and to senior executives in presentation & white paper form.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
