You will help in B2B and B2G business in educating customers and prospects in proposal responses. This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week. Responsibilities: Proposal Response: Handle and respond to proposal requests in a high-volume environment, prioritizing the most strategic cases. Content Customization: Use automation tools to pull in boilerplate content and customize it to meet customer needs, telling a compelling story. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about new proposal management practices, service offerings, and competitive landscapes. Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance processes and technology to improve efficiency. Create Winning Proposals: Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs, showcasing T-Mobile's unique value. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various departments to gather information and create compelling proposals that reflect the best of T-Mobile. Lead Projects: Handle high-volume proposal requests, prioritize strategic opportunities, and ensure timely delivery. Leverage Technology: Use RFP automation tools to streamline the process, integrating and customizing content to fit specific requirements. Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, new offerings, and best practices in proposal management to continuously improve your skills and the proposal process.
