About The Team
The Analytics & Optimization (A&O) Team in MarTech and Analytics Services focuses on creating a data-driven culture within Corporate Marketing. This team is responsible for various analytics, insights, and optimization requirements across corporate marketing.
The Role
As a Senior Marketing Analyst in Corporate Marketing team, you will be the lead analyst for SAPs BTP solution area.
Be the partner and sounding board to senior marketing leaders, to identify performance optimization opportunities, devise data driven strategies, monitor and present analysis of strategy execution.
Explore data from different sources to provide insights to marketing leaders to support day to day decision making.
Deliver insights on awareness, contacts engagement, pipeline health, demand generation, adoption & consumption strategies, areas of opportunity, potential risks, and suggest actions to address challenges and optimize performance.
Monitor and report on key metrics from the end-to-end funnel across marketing tactics, regions, segments, and products. This includes recommendations to enhance digital experience as well as to increase conversion rates.
Work with marketing analysts and marketing operations to refine, evolve, and build out new analytics strategies, models, reports, and executive dashboards/scorecards to provide transparency into the business performance.
Build on your pre-existing analytics technical skills, becoming a hands-on expert across a wide range of tools such as MSIGHTS, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, SQL and Excel.
Leverage analytics to form recommendations that help provide best-in-class digital experiences and increase conversion rates.
Embrace a data-driven approach to turn data into insights to drive results.
Develop expertise in delivering performance insights across all seniority levels within Corporate Marketing.
Qualifications
At least 8 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in marketing analytics.
Have a strong grasp of B2B Marketing Analytics, with previous experience in a B2B SaaS Marketing Analytics organization working with Corporate Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations and MarTech teams.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of applying analytics tools and techniques across the entire marketing funnel process with a good baseline understanding of Interactions, MAQLs, MQLs, and SALs.
Data-driven results-oriented marketer.
Experience in presenting insights to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders from diverse data sources. Should demonstrate strong understanding of different visualization techniques and engaging story-telling skills.
Experience with the following analytics tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Analytics, Marketo Reports, Paid Media analytics platforms.
Strong SQL knowledge is highly desired.
Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation Platforms, A/B testing, Web Analytics, Campaign & Content Analytics is desired.
Demonstrate an understanding of data visualization best practices, knowing which visualization to apply based on the dataset, the objective, the required analysis, and the audience it relates to.

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 127100 - 216000(USD) USD.The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills,experience, scope ofthe role, location, etc. as determinedthrough theselection process.
