Residential Painter

Overview:

· Pay: $26 to $30 an hour

· Location: Bellevue, WA

· Overnight shift: 10pm-6:30am

· Full time hours

· Weekly pay

Job Description:

Repair and Maintenance personnel cover a wide range of duties across several different environments including retail, office, and exterior. The Painter is responsible for mixing, matching, and applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups, and coordinating large painting projects.

· Apply paint to surfaces including canvas, walls, floors, and doors.

· Mix, match, and apply paint, varnish, shellac, enamel, and other finishes.

· Scrape, sandpaper, prime, or seal surfaces prior to painting.

· Clean walls to ensure proper adherence.

· Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection.

· Calculate amounts of required materials for painting projects.

Qualifications:

· Must have a valid Driver’s License

· Some residential or commercial painting experience is preferred

· Must be able to speak and communicate in English
