In this role you will design and produce standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, cubes, and various data visualization reporting solutions. You will capture and document report requirements and write report specifications to meet business needs. You will use reporting tools, applications, and/or queries to create and configure new reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to our business leaders. Job Responsibilities: Capture simple to moderately complex data inputs from multiple sources. Run routine data queries from reporting tools, ensuring integrity of data and reporting. Work with various internal partners on the development and production of a wide range of standard reports like coverage reporting and business reviews. Ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements. Assist with analysis, design, & testing of various enhancements & changes to reports or information portals. Support senior level analysts with reporting, analysis, and ad hoc reporting as needed. Perform modifications and enhancements on existing reports based on evolving business requirements. Validate and test reports to ensure accuracy and quality. May participate in the development of business reporting tools or provide support and training to end-users for reporting tools and reports. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Information Management or related field. Up to 2 years in reporting or data/business analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and problem solving skills. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
