Robert Half is partnering with a publicly traded company searching for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team!

This position is fully remote, contract-to-hire, and is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly known company.

Key Duties:

• Support the real estate team in tracking status updates, maintaining lease files, and submitting approval forms.

• Draft, redline, and negotiate contracts such as lease amendments.

• Provide guidance to the team to ensure improvements.

• Assist in drafting legal communications and preparing other essential documentation as required.

  Requirements

• Must have a deep understanding of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Law duties.

• Proficient in drafting and reviewing SNDAs, Estoppel, and data certificates.

• Previous experience with Retail Leasing a plus!

The salary range for this position is $34-38/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
