Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager II to lead risk and compliance-focused projects supporting the Kuiper business during a critical build phase. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, experience in regulated environments, and a proactive mindset to develop and experienced processes that meet complex compliance needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a globally impactful initiative in the space technology domain. WKey Responsibilities Project Management: Oversee compliance-related projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Establish and refine processes, procedures, and reporting mechanisms for the Kuiper compliance team. Coordinate responses to global regulator communications, managing over 130 countries. Manage incoming requests, develop timelines, and work closely with stakeholders to address gaps in current processes. Process Development: Build frameworks to support automation efforts for routine tasks. Develop documentation for compliance processes, ensuring audit readiness. Monitor and triage communications from regulators, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, stakeholders, and contracting partners to implement solutions. Provide administrative support to the team during automation development phases. eKey Projects Build processes to handle regulatory requests and communication flows. Develop mechanisms to improve efficiency and support regulatory compliance. Research and recommend solutions for law enforcement response and regulatory inquiries. Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 4-7 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or a related field. Strong preference for experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, privacy, or telecommunications). Skills: Background in compliance or regulatory frameworks. Strong project management and planning capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Multilingual skills are a plus. Key Competencies: High organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-starter with ownership mentality. Comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up. Experience automating processes or workflows.
