Position Summary
The Program Specialist 2 is a vital member of the counseling team and coordinates the program services and resources for the Counseling Center. This position serves as the initial point of contact for students seeking counseling support. The Program Specialist 2 oversees the day-to-day operations of the counseling center such as conferring with faculty counselors to coordinate counseling availability, setting up student appointments, maintaining student data base, monitoring student attendance to appointments, reviewing and reconciling the department budget with guidance from the Dean of Student Support and supervising student workers.

Position Salary Range: $45,900/year - $61,296/year
The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Individuals newly hired to Classified position are placed in a salary range based on the WPEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
