Program Coordinator, Arts and Humanities Job ID: 14499 Location: Bellevue College Full/Part Time: Full Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Position Summary Under general supervision of the Arts and Humanities Division Operations Director, the Program Coordinator acts as first point of contact for students, staff, faculty, and community members, supporting faculty effectiveness and student success by providing information as needed or requested. In addition, this position assists with website and SharePoint maintenance; oversees the equipment and office spaces within the division. The Program Coordinator also participates in meeting and event planning and execution. The Program Coordinator may perform specialized complex word processing tasks or entry functions such as processing documents and records and taking and transcribing meeting minutes. Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with some flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends. This is an in-person position. Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule Position Salary Range: $43,812/year - $58,368year The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Individuals newly hired to Classified position are placed in a salary range based on the WPEA Collective Bargaining Agreement. We offer comprehensive compensation package with salary and benefits as the main components. Competitive salary is within the Range stated above, and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
