Meta Product Manager, Search Integrity in Bellevue, Washington

Cross Meta Integrity (XI) Searchability PMJoin us in our mission to help keep people and businesses safe on Meta’s platforms!As a Product Manager for Cross Meta Integrity (XI) Searchability, you'll play a vital role in our mission to protect people and businesses from harmful content and entities while preserving experience and economic opportunity. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, policy, and operations, as well as partners from Facebook and IG, to mitigate risks associated with harmful search results. Required Skills:

Product Manager, Search Integrity Responsibilities:

  1. Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.

  2. Understand Meta’s position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.

  3. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.

  4. Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.

  5. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.

  6. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of tools, platforms, and/or products.

  7. Drive product development with teams of engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.

  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.

  9. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve engineer productivity and enhance user satisfaction.

  10. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years product management or related industry experience

  2. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in the following:

  3. Experience in product management or product design

  4. Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones

  5. Experience delivering technical presentations

  6. Experience in analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data

  7. Experience in gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution

  8. Experience in technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design

  9. Displaying leadership, organizational and execution skills

  2. Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.

  3. Experience recruiting and leading a cross-functional team of individuals.

Public Compensation:

$142,000/year to $201,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
