Well-established personal injury law firm based in Bellevue, Washington searching for a diligent, Legal Assistant to join their team. With a strong focus on representing accident victims, they have built a reputation for their expertise and dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for their clients.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish (written and verbal), have at least 1 year of office experience, and be able to go on-site 5 days a week, 8:30AM-5PM. This firm offers excellent training, a competitive salary, and full benefits.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct client intakes.

• Create and manage files, both physical and digital.

• Maintain organized, up-to-date case files.

• Request and manage medical records.

• Coordinate meetings and appointments.

• Provide clerical and translation services.

• Perform tasks as assigned by Paralegals and Attorneys.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $25 to $30/hour. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; disability insurance; participation in the company's retirement plan with 3% match and 15 days of paid vacation (including sick leave) and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in an office setting

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal

• Highly organized and communicative

• Paralegal certificate or legal experience a plus
