In this role, you will be supporting marketing and testing of worldwide FBA returns products. You will collaborate with product marketers, product managers, software developers, program managers, and account managers to establish and execute marketing and testing plans, and helping to manage queries from FBA Sellers. This is an exciting opportunity to create and champion novel best practices, identify improvement opportunities, suggest strategies, and delight customers.

Key job responsibilities
• Support marketing efforts for Seller programs
• Assist in creating and managing marketing campaigns (email, social media, Seller Central). Including the build and send of emails using Pardot
• Track approvals from stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
• Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, blog posts, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors for content production.
• Track open rates, clicks, and other KPIs for marketing campaigns.
• Schedule and post content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Assist in the planning and execution of events (webinars, conferences, internally hosted private events).
• Assist in voice of seller research with surveys, third-party research agencies, testimonials, case studies, seller panels and seller interviews
• Compile data for reports to inform marketing strategies.
• Work with internal partner teams to build and distribute creative assets.
• Work closely with tech teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT) pre-launch across a suite of projects.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of basic HTML, Photoshop, SQL, Excel and Marketing Analytics
Experience in digital marketing
Experience in making data driven business decisions
Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $39,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $85,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
