You are the 'go to' person to assist an employee or visitor with any need related to their experience on our Bellevue Headquarters campus. This role supports all facets of the Magenta Experience team, including Reception, Sr Magenta Ambassadors, and Community & Engagement. The Magenta Ambassador ensures a T-Mobile signature experience for all employees and visitors. You are the 'go to' person to assist an employee or visitor with any need related to their experience on our Bellevue Headquarters campus. This role supports all facets of the Magenta Experience team, including Reception, Sr Magenta Ambassadors, and Community & Engagement. Job Responsibilities: Provides a T-Mobile signature experience to all visitors and employees. Anticipates customer needs and proactively creates a lasting quality impression. Creates and maintains a broad group of customer connections ensuring a hospitality experience on campus. This role supports the Reception role, covering lunches, breaks, and PTO. In this role, responsibilities include greeting and checking in visitors in alignment with T-Mobile policies and procedures. The role assists with tasks and small projects supporting the campus experience. Responsibilities could include floor resets, paint walks, mother's room inspections, etc. The role will assist in the delivery of employee events for the Community & Engagement Team. This role is a brand ambassador that passionately represents T-Mobile and its pillars, including through communication support channels. They support their assigned building (s)Slack channels, responding to, and working to resolve employee issues. Enters work orders and follows up to confirm status and completion with Facilities team in defined SLAs. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field a plus Up to 2 years work experience in the service or hospitality industry, such as hotels, catering, restaurants, retail, etc. Ability to deliver quality customer service. Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Ability to create good cross-functional relationships. Strong communication skills. Customer approach mentality. Base Pay Range: $15.07 - $27.19 Corporate Bonus Target: 5% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
