In order to effectively develop new and manage complex technologies such as e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and social media marketing tools to reach new customers and increase sales, we need the professional services of an IT Project Manager. The IT Project Manager will lead our innovative team and drive the development of our online sales platform. The IT Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of technology projects for our company's online health supplement sales platform. The IT Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and will coordinate project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors. The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties: • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources to guide project activities and ensure adherence to project goals and objectives. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. • Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales. • Identify new technologies and tools that can improve business processes and operations. • Work with internal teams and external vendors to implement and integrate new technologies and tools. • Ensure new technology solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure. • Train end-users on new technologies and tools to ensure successful adoption. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends • Conduct business analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements. • Analyze business requirements and develop functional specifications for technology solutions. Minimum Requirements: • Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field such as business intelligence and information technology. • 2 years' work experience in managing a company's business automation tools to improve the company's business operations • Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Microsoft Office. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.
