PACE Staffing Network Front Desk Manager in BELLEVUE, Washington

Overview:

We are looking for a positive problem-solver to help manage the operations of a busy Martial Arts School located in Bellevue, WA, to consistently deliver top-notch customer service and professional interaction with clientele. The Front Desk Manager is the important first impression of the school and will work directly with the owner to offer world class service to clients from ages 3 years to adult.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests and members upon arrival in a warm and professional way
  • Check in members using internal technology system and ensure they are current with their agreed payment schedule
  • Describe membership options and sign-up new members (sales but not aggressive)
  • Responsible to pick up and keep facility clean as well as support the lost and found
  • Schedule Free Trials and follow ups
  • Enroll students and make point of sale (POS) transactions
  • Be knowledgeable about and provide information about client services
  • Respond to phone calls, emails and walk ins
  • Order and stock supplies including team uniforms and merchandise
  • Data input and processing contracts/paperwork
  • Maintenance of basic gym cleanliness
  • Coordinate and create content for school events, and special announcements.

Job Details:

  • Payrate: $25.00/hr.
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity, located in Bellevue
  • Free, onsite parking available
  • Schedule: 4pm-8:30pm (Monday -- Thursday). 4:45pm-8:30pm (Friday). 8am-2pm (Saturday)

     

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a front desk capacity at a gym, spa, training facility, etc. would be preferred, but not required.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must enjoy and be good with kids, have a positive can-do attitude, and have a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Need to be organized, use good judgement, be organized and able to prioritize your work
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, coaches, clients, and families.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate-level computer proficiency within Windows-based computer applications
  • Must have reliable and dependable transportation
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
