Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team, assisting senior leaders and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess flexibility, professionalism, and exceptional organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Bellevue, WA

What's the Job?

  • Support senior leaders by performing advanced-level administrative work of complex nature, including planning, coordinating, and organizing tasks that require discretion and confidentiality.

  • Manage executive's schedule, arranging appointments, travel, meetings, and conference calls.

  • Execute special research and data analysis tasks, compiling and analyzing data to prepare reports and recommendations.

  • Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties, gathering information on behalf of the executive.

  • Handle project management and event planning tasks, working with vendors to coordinate details and logistics for various events.

What's Needed?

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in an executive assistant role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with PowerBI dashboards.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to determine the most appropriate method of communication.

  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized, with a high level of professionalism and executive presence.
