Amazon Executive Assistant, Rapid & Rural Logistics in Bellevue, Washington
Description
The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support a Director on our Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L) team in Bellevue, Washington.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with high level senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.
About the team
Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L) team comprises multiple high growth businesses within Amazon: a) Sub Same Day and Amazon Today aimed at delivering millions of ASINs within hours to customers; b) Rural Super Rural aimed at improving delivery speed and delivery estimate accuracy for customers in Tier 3+ cities. R2L owns the end to end aspects of customer fulfillment including supply chain planning, distribution, fulfillment, central programs, delivery, tech, and central ops. Across its three key businesses R2L aims to improve speed and customer experience making it one of the most prominent growth engines for Amazon; SSD and RSR are poised to grow by over 2X in the next 3 years.
Basic Qualifications
High school or equivalent diploma
5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading process improvements
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Bachelor’s degree
Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
High level of integrity and discretion
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
