Amazon Enterprise Marketing Mngr, Global Enterprise Marketing in Bellevue, Washington

Description

As an Enterprise Marketing Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing our marketing operations and processes to ensure we maintain an effective rhythm of the business. This will include establishing aligned marketing goals, ensuring accurate result measurement, organizing regular business review meetings, and analyzing reports/dashboards to surface insight on how best to optimize marketing campaigns and lead generation activities. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, including field marketing, sales, lead management, and global marketing operations to surface marketing insight and ensure these insights are effectively implemented into outbound marketing campaigns. We need a strategic data-driven professional who can influence programs, and drive alignment to ensure teams make informed strategic decisions. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of Global Enterprise Marketing teams by developing and implementing policies, programs, training, and processes that increase team productivity, maximize return on investment, and elevate execution quality.

Key job responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, building, executing, analyzing, tracking, and continuously improving marketing review processes and driving operational excellence within the Enterprise marketing team.

• Identify and implement comprehensive Marketing goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement

• Facilitate regular cadence of meetings to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and drive goal achievement

• Proactively identify and escalate issues to leadership, providing regular progress updates and actionable recommendations

• Aligning with Marketing reporting and analysis teams to ensure effective management of multi-channel marketing campaigns across various tools, teams, lead generation processes.

• Oversee business review management where needed for large scale, strategic initiatives , ensuring good communication, organization and marketing expertise, with the ability to navigate multiple tools and complex workflows whilst maintaining operational best practices for campaign production for the business.

• Collaborate with digital marketing, marketing automation, and sales productivity teams to ensure data quality and cleanliness within various tools such as SFDC, Marketo, Uberflip, Salesforce.com ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.

• Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to new employees on the lead flow process, ensuring effective utilization of marketing tools, reporting sources, and operational processes related to lead management and nurturing.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs

  • Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
